We are a dedicated senior wellness service offering physical therapy and seated yoga designed to restore, rehabilitate, and revive movement. Our programs focus on balance, mobility, and fall prevention, while integrating breathwork, mindfulness, and emotional support.
And because wellness is more than just movement, we include our friendly therapy dog to bring comfort, joy, and calm to every session.
We work with care homes to provide safe, enjoyable, and effective programs that empower residents to move confidently and live well.
SERVICES
Physical Therapy
Focusing on improving strength, stability, and overall mobility. Whether it’s preventing falls, recovering from injury, or maintaining independence, our expert therapist guides residents through safe, effective exercises. Every session is designed to build confidence in movement while respecting each person’s pace and abilities.

Seated Yoga
Gentle chair-based yoga allows residents of all abilities to experience the benefits of stretching, flexibility, and mindful movement. This isn’t just about exercise — it’s about enhancing mental clarity, emotional wellbeing, and body awareness. Breathwork and relaxation techniques are integrated to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body, making every session uplifting and enjoyable.
£50 / hr
The Full Works
Our premium offering combines physical therapy, seated yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and emotional support — including visits from our friendly therapy dog. This holistic approach addresses strength, balance, mobility, mental clarity, and joy, creating a program that helps residents thrive physically and emotionally. Perfect for those who want a complete wellness experience in one session.
£100/ hr for 2 coaches
